تعلن ادارة الجامعه الامريكية فى القاهرة عن بدء تلقى طلبات شغل الوظايف الخالية التى تم الاعلان عنها و سيستمر التقديم حتى يوم 28 مارس 2019

و قد اشتملت الوظايف الخالية على وظايف محاسبين

على ان تكون الخبرة السابقة للمتقدمين لشغل تلك الوظايف لا تقل عن 7 سنوات مع خبرة سابقة فى إدارة الاحتفالات و التسويق و إدارة المشاريع

Principal Accountabilities:
Assist in the planning and implementation of major campus events, as well as arrange logistics of official visits
Participate and manage all event details such as logistics, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, RSVP list, special guests, equipment, promotional material
Make sure that special events management policies and procedures are met
Work closely with the campus facilities event support arm to ensure all campus events meet AUC quality standards
Participate in overseeing event budgets ranging from LE 20,000 to millions in the case of the centennial
Develop evaluation reports for all major campus-wide events that are initiated by the Office of the President and The Office of Advancement and Communication
Work closely and collaboratively across the advancement and communications function to ensure the events’ promotion, coverage, and marketing is integrated into the planning and execution of events
Liaise with creative services in the execution of event materials
Ensure events records are documented in the Salesforce database including lists of attendees, events program and speakers
Update integrated calendar of the office regularly
Organize campus tours for VIP visitors and delegations
Initiate contact and follow-up with external vendors and suppliers
Oversee multiple projects independently
Document and list actions for all debriefing meetings
Keep meeting minutes and ensure proper communication among all stakeholders
Track tasks performance for internal and external team members
Perform day to day office requirements.

Requirements: 
Minimum Education Requirement: 

  • BA is required in related field
  • Additional and relevant certification is preferred

Experience: Minimum of seven years of experience with hands-on experience in events management, marketing, business development, hospitality management, project management or related fields
